Orders
You can cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
For puzzles, we offer Parcel Select shipping through USPS within the US. The first puzzle is $10, and each additional puzzle is $5 more.
Jigsaw Puzzles
Please email us photos of the area, and your mailing address. We will mail you replacement pieces so you can complete your puzzle!
We use soy based, non toxic ink.
Artwork
Each painting is different, but an average amount of time is a month. There is a lot of time spent researching, getting inspired. There is drawing and sketching. Figuring out the design and composition. Then Sung will often do a base layer in acrylic paint, before adding details in oil paint.
Most of the paintings are from imagination and don’t depict specific locations. Sung was influenced by different areas of Europe, and the Mediterranean.
