Missing or Damaged Pieces

Before you contact us, please perform a thorough search for any missing pieces!

Sung Kim Art makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in workmanship, and goes through rigorous inspections. However, once in a while errors can happen.

If you cannot find the missing pieces, please email us at hello@sungkimart.com.

We will require you to provide your contact information, puzzle name, name of retailer where puzzle was purchased, order number, and photos of the area of the completed puzzle showing missing spaces.

Please check your email and Spam folder, as well as the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. If you want, you can also send your phone number in case there is a problem with emails.

We can only send replacement pieces for new products within 60 days from the date of purchase that were ordered on our site or from us on an authorized retailer that we sell on. We cannot accept responsibility for used products, counterfeits, or any products ordered from unauthorized vendors.
