Return Policy

Sung Kim Art offers a 30 day return policy for products purchased directly from our online shop. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

A 25% restocking fee applies to unauthorized returns, undeliverable addresses, and delivery refusals when the package is undamaged.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Return Process

To return an item, first send an email to hello@sungkimart.com and get a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). Please provide the following information in your email: order number, item, reason for return.

Once you receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) from us, send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@sungkimart.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Orders and Cancellations

You are able to cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If you received a shipping confirmation, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Even if the product had a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged in a shipping box (not a padded envelope), and carried by a reputable carrier. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
